  1. Day 1 Begin Tour

    Arrive in Sydney and travel to your accommodation, then enjoy a walking tour around the iconic Sydney site, The Rocks. Here, you will be close to Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House, recognised around the world. After visiting these famous sites you will head to Sydney’s tallest point, Sydney Tower, to look out over the city and landscape.

  2. Day 2 Beach Activities and Sites

    Begin an educational day at Sea Life Sydney Aquarium, home to more than 700 species of beautiful sea creatures and the Maritime Museum in Darling Harbour. We then tour one of Sydney’s universities, and finish the day with dinner in Chinatown.

  3. Day 3 Tours near Canberra

    Spend the morning visiting one of Sydney’s schools where you can see how a class operates, followed by a tour of another university. Enjoy the afternoon at famous Bondi Beach where you can enjoy fish and chips while overlooking the water. We offer the option to follow the stunning costal walk to Coogee Beach.

  4. Day 4 University Tour

    Today we drive to the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains, just outside of Sydney, where you will visit famous sites including the Three Sisters, an unusual rock formation, and majestic Wentworth Falls. We explore the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre, which sits atop the highest point in Katoomba with panoramic views of the World Heritage area, and contains an art gallery and World Heritage exhibition.

  5. Day 5 Phillip Island Evening

    In the morning we begin the drive along the east coast of Australia. The first stop for the day is Wollongong to explore the Science Centre and Planetarium, the largest hands-on science centre in New South Wales. After the centre, we drive to Canberra where you will finish the night with a tour of the Australian Institute of Sport, home to interactive sports exhibits and a unique collection of Australian sports memorabilia.

  6. Day 6 Melbourne and Chinatown

    Depart from Phillip Island and head to an open range zoo where you will be able to participate in a safari bus tour. After the zoo you will head into Melbourne city where you will visit the sites and enjoy dinner in Chinatown.

  7. Day 7 Markets and Great Ocean Road

    We depart Canberra in the early morning and travel to the picturesque Lakes Entrance in Gippsland National Park, well known for its bird watching and marine life, including regular whale sightings between May and August. We spend the night here before continuing through Victoria.

  8. Day 8 Begin Outdoor Expedition

    We continue along the Victorian coast to Wilson’s Promontory National Park, the haven of a large variety of fauna and Australia’s most southern mainland point. From here we travel to Phillip Island to spend the evening watching the famous Penguin Parade, with adorable penguins arriving at sunset every day of the year.

  9. Day 9 Beach Day

    We depart Phillip Island and visit Chadstone Shopping Centre, Australia’s largest shopping centre with 500 stores, and well known for its designer boutiques and luxury brands. In the afternoon we visit Monash University in Melbourne, the second oldest university in Victoria, before enjoying dinner in Chinatown.

  10. Day 10 Caving and Camp Cooking

    Spend the morning at the bustling Queen Victoria Markets, a large open-air market with local and gourmet food, handcrafts, jewellery, souvenirs and more. We then explore Melbourne Museum to discover hundreds of years of Australian history, culture and nature. We also visit Old Melbourne Gaol which once held famous bushranger Ned Kelly.

  11. Day 11 Hiking and Indigenous Experience

    From Melbourne we drive to Ballarat in country Victoria, home to the historic gold mining town of Sovereign Hill. Here you will be immersed in an outdoor, living museum where you can pan for gold and see gold being poured. After the morning in Ballarat, enjoy an Aussie meat pie at the famous Golden Nugget Bakery before we drive to Halls Gap in Grampians National Park.

  12. Day 12 Teamwork Activities and Tour Completion

    The morning begins with an easy or moderate guided walk to The Pinnacle lookout, one of the best vantage points in the Grampians National Park and base of the spectacular 70 metre MacKenzie Falls. This is followed by an afternoon of Indigenous Australian education at the Brambuk Cultural Centre.

  13. Day 13 Feed Australian Animals

    Today begins with a visit to Halls Gap Zoo, Australia’s largest regional zoo, where you will be able to feed Australian animals and take part in a reptile education session. Lunch will be enjoyed at the zoo before driving to the town of Mount Gambier to visit the Blue Lake, which was once a volcanic crater. From here, we head to Naracoorte in South Australia to stay the night.

  14. Day 14 Experience the Naracoorte Caves

    The morning begins with a tour of the extraordinary Naracoorte Caves, South Australia’s only World Heritage-listed site. Each cave open to the public showcases a different natural feature of the region – such as fossils, geology or bats. We will then drive to South Australia’s capital city, Adelaide, for the final week of the tour.

  15. Day 15 Adventure Activities in the Adelaide Hills

    Your Adelaide experience begins with a day of adventure activities in the Adelaide Hills which includes High Ropes Challenges, South Australia’s longest zipline and a Giant Swing. A full day of fun and excitement!

  16. Day 16 Lesson conducted by Australian teacher

    Today we visit a South Australian school to take part in lessons conducted by an Australian teacher. These lessons will include English, Science and other subjects. There is an option to enjoy a half-day school with mountain bike course.

  17. Day 17 Visit Adelaide Universities

    Activities today include visiting two Adelaide universities in the morning before learning about Indigenous Australian History at a city cultural centre. Dinner can be had in Adelaide’s Chinatown, part of the busy Adelaide Central Market district, before returning to your accommodation.

  18. Day 18 Adelaide's National Park

    Spend the morning in one of Adelaide’s National Parks to learn about the importance of environmental sustainability before participating in an activity which may include planting trees or helping to revegetate an area. The afternoon will be spent at a first aid training centre where you will receive your Australian First Aid qualification.

  19. Day 19 Visit Kangaroo Island

    We travel to Cape Jervis and take the 45-minute morning ferry over to Kangaroo Island, home to some amazing wildlife and beautiful beaches. Enjoy a full day of tours including Island Pure Sheep Dairy, Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Distillery and Clifford’s Honey Farm before settling into the farm stay accommodation.

  20. Day 20 Sandboarding at Little Sahara

    Start the morning by visiting the sand dunes of Little Sahara, where you can try the fun and exhilaration of sandboarding. Then, get up close and hands-on with Birds of Prey at Raptor Domain, home to many orphaned, injured and sick birds of prey and some rare birds bred in captivity, like the White Goshawk and the Sooty owl. Spend the afternoon at one of the world’s top beaches – stunning Vivonne Bay.

  21. Day 21 Flinders Chase National Park

    Begin the day visiting Flinders Chase National Park, which includes the aptly-named Remarkable Rocks on Kangaroo Island’s coast and Admiral’s Arch, home to New Zealand fur seals which can often be seen resting on the rocks. Relax at one of the best northern beaches on the island, Stokes Bay. From here, we head to Penneshaw to catch the ferry to Adelaide.

Throughout the journey you will be staying in a variety of accommodation types which include hotels, dormitories and youth hostels. The accommodations will vary from twin share to group rooms with individual and shared bathrooms.
